RENOVATE + BUILD

We’ll tour your home and get an intake of your list of wants and needs. We’ll put together an estimate of project costs and evaluate if the project can be completed within your budget. Once we agree to move forward we’ll guide you on next steps for plan drawings and surveys.

Once plans are drawn—you’ll meet with our design team to look over your current plans and help set expectations on products and selection costs.

After gathering information on subcontractor estimates and selection pricing we’ll provide you with final numbers. Once we have an agreement we’ll move on to our contract which gives a breakdown of client and builder expectations.

Fox Homes will submit all necessary paperwork to the city to get your permit approved. This process can take a few weeks, months or longer depending on the city.

We’ll meet to finalize all interior and/or exterior finishes. Once permits are approved with the city, we will lay out a predicted construction schedule and continue walking you through the process through completion!
