Using the existing footprint, we framed in another level including a full master suite, laundry room, kids bathroom, and 3 more bedrooms, leaving the whole main level to repurpose for a new kitchen, living room, home office, and powder room. By almost doubling their square footage, adding marketable features including living room built-ins, a show-stopping kitchen and wet bar, and so much more, we made this renovation a dream come true.
