Featured: Bridging The Gap

Lauren and Ben Stauffer lived in a great neighborhood in Southwest Minneapolis with great schools and they were close to everything. They are both very creative; Lauren is a designer for a big national resaler and Ben is a photographer and videographer. They have a son and a baby girl on the way. With a growing family, they are looking for more square footage. They came to Brad and Heather to determine if they should stay in their current home or sell and start from scratch. Ideally, the Stauffers want all the bedrooms on the same floor, a home office, and a bathroom to themselves. After exploring options they found the perfect home in a great neighborhood that would be amazing after a renovation. Brad and Heather added everything on their wishlist while transforming it into the Stauffer’s Scandinavian sanctuary.
