From childhood visits to the Parade of Homes with my mom and grandma to personally investing in and renovating over 50 properties, my journey in this field has been rich and rewarding. With 17 years of experience spanning residential, commercial, investment, and rental sectors, I've honed my skills to specialize in helping clients build wealth and equity through property ownership. Whether it's preparing a property for sale or guiding buyers through value-add opportunities post-purchase, my goal is to empower clients to achieve their real estate dreams. 

Beyond my extensive real estate background, I hold a BS in Business, am certified as a Senior Field Auditor, and have furthered my expertise as a Master Financial Coach under Dave Ramsey's guidance. These diverse skills not only inform my approach to real estate but also enable me to effectively manage and grow our business at Equity Recipe brokered by Fox Realty. At home, my husband Jason, a skilled contractor, is an integral part of our Equity Recipe Team, ensuring seamless service for our clients at every stage of their journey. When we're not working, you'll find us indulging in our passions—whether it's cooking up a storm in the kitchen, exploring new eateries, hitting the golf course, playing with our cat George, or diving into our latest DIY project.
